Elevate Careers Coaching Process

At Elevate we support organisations who are committed to investing in their team, with the goal of unlocking potential and developing future leaders, providing succession and growth for the individual and the business by giving them the tools and abilities to flourish in a thriving organisation .

  • Executive Coaching identifies objectives for each person individually; identifying where investment or energy is required to achieve them and creating a clear action plan.
  • It offers the coachee an opportunity to address limiting beliefs & behaviours; and to identify skill gaps or highlight topics to address for personal improvement.
  • The Coaching relationship offers a confidential 2-way discussion with a trusted external partner
  • where concerns and frustrations can be aired, discussed, and addressed in private.

The coaching process

There are options for the the process to be either c.3 or 6 months; this  depends on the goals set and timings can be extended. These will be confidential coaching sessions between the Coach and the Coachee, with a Coaching contract agreed to in advance by them which clearly outlines the personal development goals for the programme.

Each session lasts between 60- 90 minutes and we work with the coachee to identify their goals and skills, and how they are contributing to the organisation by using accredited tools which identify potential opportunities for growth.

Denise is Accredited to ILM Level 7, and a Verified Assessor for DISC psychometric testing, and additionally Licensed by Firework Coaching.

Programme Preparation

Psychometric testing:

A fundamental step in any change or growth process is to develop and improve self-awareness. In Personal Development Coaching the DISC assessment gives awareness about one’s own and others’ predilections to behave in specific ways. This information can then be used to improve interpersonal skills, manage conflict, improve relationships, and inform career choices. I will work with current psychometrics or will suggest investment.

Personal strengths:

No matter where you are in life focusing on your character strengths adds a whole new dimension. Recent research shows that when you understand and activate your positive personality traits, you become more resilient, manage stress better, and find greater fulfilment in life overall. In this programme we use the VIA Institute on Character test to identify strength’s and opportunities to raise awareness of, optimise or suggest techniques to improve characteristics.


Coaching is primarily online, however dependant on location, in-person meetings can be accommodated within the M25. as well as one-one, group-based coaching is also offered.
